As a longtime web hosting customer of HostGator, I honestly can’t say that I have any complaints. Overall, server uptime has been excellent and Host Gator’s Linux hosting support has always been responsive and top notch.
Having said that, there are always ways for a company to improve the quality of it’s services and I think it’s good for people to know the good and the bad before purchasing Web hosting.
