HostGator Domain Transfer?

If you’re coming over to HostGator from another web hosting company, HostGator will transfer your domain, files, databases, and scripts for free.

To transfer your domains to your HostGator hosting account, do the following:

• Go to http://www.hostgator.com/domains
• Scroll to “transfer”
• Verify that your email address is correct
• Make sure that your domain name is unlocked

Domain transfers to a HostGator account typically take 4-5 days to complete.
