During the night that Hurricane Ike rolled through Houston, I experienced not a second of downtime. However, I did have a question that I needed an answer to so I dropped an email to HostGator.com’s support department.

Much to my surprise, I received a response back from Host Gator’s customer support only minutes later with an answer to my question.

Two thumbs up for HostGator support, it’s a great feeling to know that there’s someone available 24/7, even during the most extreme of circumstances.
