HostGator will soon be rolling out their (shared) unlimited Windows hosting plans. As of right now, their Windows hosting is limited to dedicated server packages only.
An exact launch date for shared Windows hosting has not yet been announced, but the packages should be available shortly. HostGator.com has an excellent pricing structure for their shared Linux accounts, so we can expect their Windows plans should be extremely affordable as well.
